Why Supersets?👇🏼

Supersets force the body to produce force repeatedly while fatigue builds, exactly how competition demands.

Contact sport athletes need to be able to produce that force late in a match, after the scrambles, after the hand fighting, when the heart rate is up and they feel exhausted.

These type of workouts teach athletes to produce force, recover, and produce force AGAIN as fatigue builds.

I’ve spent most of my life in this sport.

First as an athlete chasing my own goals. Now as a coach helping the next generation chase theirs.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from some incredible coaches, champions and mentors.

A lifetime of competing and learning from some of the best in the sport has taught me one lesson I’m determined to pass on:

Champions are built long before the title is won.

They’re built on the days nobody is watching. In the hard moments. In the losses. When things aren’t going their way. When motivation disappears and discipline has to take over.

That’s why I built the Sweat Equity Team.

I’m here to develop athletes who are strong, disciplined, confident and prepared. Physically and Mentally.

Athletes who know how to set a goal, make a plan, embrace hard things and perform when the pressure is on.

Yes, I want to build champion athletes.

But more importantly, I want to build champion character.

Because eventually, every athlete competes for the last time. The season ends. The medals get put away.

But the person they become along the way stays with them for life.

That’s what it’s all about.
